Exercise your arms and shoulders with resistance shadow boxing. All you need is a Lifeline Chest Expander cable set with soft handles, an extra handle, a quick link, and a heavy-duty-eye-bolt. You will want to cut the foam off one of the handles and set everything up like the picture.

Secure the eye-bolt at naval height and connect with the quick-link. Face away from the cables, reach behind, grasp the handles, step out to adjust to the desired resistance and box!
